Our 5th Young Archaeologists” Club annual summer school was a really successful event, held in Hoveringham on a large medieval manorial complex. Thanks to the Field Detectives for allowing us to join them. Despite the hot weather, 25 young people learnt a lot of archaeological fieldwork skills; we think were working on a grain drying structure.
