ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DOCUMENTS

As part of our obligations to members under Charity regulations, we are attaching two documents prior to the annual general meeting on February 20th.

1) the annual financial return to be lodged with the Charity Commission
2) The chair’s report that forms part of our annual returN

A simplified version of the financial summary will be presented at the AGM, if you have any questions you are very welcome to raise them at the meeting.
