July 29th saw the start of our 3rd Summer School for 8 – 16 year olds. We’re in the garden again of what used to be known as Norwell Overhall, probably the oldest Prebendial building in Southwell.

It’s been hot work so far but the young people have been great, learning to excavte, sieve, wash finds, record, draw and take dumpy levels. We start the day with some team games, their favourite being splat!
