A part of our charity’s mission is to involve and educate the public in the archaeological heritage of Southwell we were delighted to support an open day at Papplewick Pumping Station where we had a dispaly of a wide range of finds from Roman to early modern periods.

We were also invited by the Lakeside Museum at the University of Nottingham to display our large collection of Roman artefacts from Southwell, as part of the Festival of Community Archaeology.
