Southwell Community Archaeology Group had three locations for the Heritage open day in Southwell on Saturday September 8th.  Visitors enjoyed the exhibitions of the Saracen’s Head wall paintings, the Vicars Court dig, and the Burgage Revealed project.  It was a good opportunity for the group to showcase some of the artefacts and activities that have kept us very busy over the last two years.
